Ok, Boon Yeow said this works, so I’ll copy and paste my rant here.

OK. I am as usualy, MAJORLY PISSED. At work. Nothing new of course.

I just received an email from my NEW BOSS ( remember that the other one has quit? He was the GROUP ACCOUTANT and I was his so-called assistant WITH my own portfolio of accounts to jaga. This NEW boss - he hates my guts and likewise - and he knows JACKSCHITT about accounts. But he’s like Number 2 of the finance and accounts department and my department still has NOT hire a group accountant).

The email is to put me under this WOMAN MANAGER who is under just one division of the department.

See my portfolio is such that I’m in charge of accounts for a few small companies, do some company level consols, ASSIST IN GROUP ACCOUTNING AND YEAR END AUDIT as well as the ANNUAL REPORT. Basically my work overlaps different divisions and for different people… And come year end I’m doing work for TWO people. IN a month, I’m usually REALLY VERY BUSY for that one WEEK. But come year end, I’m always quite FCKED for about oh just A FEW MONTHS STRAIGHT!

NOW the fcker is assigning me to this ONE person with NO consideration of my other portfolios. In other words - it’s almost like a DEMOTION!

Now the reason he’s doing that is because that WOMAN MANAGER is an incompetent biatch. She has just taken a portfolio from my friend who has recently quit. My friend had about 8 accounts to handle. This woman has problems handling even ONE - but yet insists on leaving at 5.30 SHARP EVERYDAY. Take note that she is a MANAGER with MANAGER’S PAY. My friend was only an EXECUTIVE - MY LEVEL.

One thing she has that we ALL don’t have is backing from UPPER management - she is apperently related to our BIG BIG BOSS’S EX BOSS.

Can you see my point? THIS FCKER HAS EXPRESSLY DIRECTED THAT I DO NOTHING BUT JAGA HER ARSE! AND EXPECTS ME TO CONTINUE WITH ME OWN PORTFOLIO!!!!!!!!! IN YOUR FACE PILIH KASIH TO THE FUCKEN MAX SIAL!

Beginning of the week, he sorta briefed me about it already. And winthin that 1 hour my face of course black so he says to me - “I can see you’re not happy with this. Tell me what you’re thinking”. So I tell him. And you know what he says? He shoots me DOWN and says ” I don’t like what you just said. You know that attitude of yours must jaga later if you go outside and work it’s going to affect your working there.. and etc etc…” HELLO WTF?!?!?!? WHO’S TALKING YOU FUCKEN DOUBLE HEADED BALL LICKING HYPOCRITICAL! SNAKE!

HOW THE FCK AM I DEAL WITH THAT?!?!? I DON’T KNOW WAT TO DO. IT IS REALLY REALLY BITING INTO BRAIN. LIKE I CAN’T EVEN SLEEP.
