Ok, for those out there who haven’t yet been to catch the Full Gospel Assembly (FGA) Youth Church Christmas production, “Once Upon A Love Story”, this Sunday is your final chance (boy that was a mouthful). The Thursday and Friday shows have come and gone and inspite of being weekdays, turnout is good. On Christmas day itself, there will be two shows, one during first service at 7.30am and a second show at 11.00am during the second service.

If you’re interested in attending the live presentation, do be early as space will be limited. From past experience, the service during Christmas will spill out of the main santuary into the upper floors, and further still into the new building across the street where a live video feed will be screened. However, the best place to be is still in the main santuary to watch the performers live and in person. Inspite of digital advancements and the high quality of the church’s production crew, squeezing a live performance through an optic tube does not quite come out the same on the other end. Plus you have to be there to feel and experience the atmosphere.

Anyway, if you are still undecided, here’s a quick teaser of what is to come. I present to you a snippet from the play, ala STOMP! Please forgive the quality, since it was captured with a lowly Canon A75 in mono sound and from the balcony 100 feet away. But nonetheless, it will give you some idea of what to expect. This mind you is just one of a dozen scenes and songs throughout the play.
