WL: okok. Haha. Extra New Year's resolution. Sleep early. That's why I'm going to bed now.

felixleong: Tomorrow got basic steps. Come join me if interested.

I would definitely need to check the schedule this week. Somehow I just wonder when CF is going to roll out their Power Step classes. Their beginner steps are slightly simple for my level, yet their Step Moves are INSANELY hard! X(

I meant "archieve" in my previous comment. Of course indirectly is my fault, I will keep that in mind.

To archive all these, do u realized that u need to have one and the most important change?

SLEEP EARLY WAKE UP EARLY.
1. Be an early person. Both of gym/classes and work. You will take in first breath of fresh air! The first very energizing breath of life!
2. Sleeping late like what u did for the past few hours (e.g. each hour a blog) doesn't helps you to move forward faster. If u need to change, u need more energy. 10pm till 2am is the "rebuild-cell" time. You might not be able to sleep as early as 10pm till 12am maybe due to late dinner or fetch me back, or others. But, staying up till 3am?????

I will put these 2 as my new year resolution!

Isn't steps addictive :D!

I greatly recommend it for those who wants a little variety in their exercise routine. And it's also a good way to train your sense of rhythm and coordination and it's much more fun compared to most classes (unlike body combat that you'd most like get the same routine based on their revisions after a while, hi-lo which is almost essentially have no variation on height, etc.).

It's also trains your ears to listen to the "beat" (the typical 4-beat dance music is much easier to identify), definitely very useful if you are planning to take dance lessons ;).
