Happy New Year

It is now 31st December 2005, 1.03am. That means for the next 22 hours and 57 minutes, it is New Year’s Eve. Have you decided on where you’re going to be this Eve? Have you planned what you’re going to do? Or are you gonna wing it? As for WL and I, we’ll be celebrating New Year’s Eve and ushering in 2006 with some friends in Port Dickson (PD). From what I’ve heard, there are usually some fireworks during New Year.

Going to PD for New Year reminds me of New Year’s day of 2002. When we were still in university. We were at KLCC on the eve and caught the fireworks display. Then we walked all the way over to Bintang Walk just in time to catch the fireworks there. And after all that, we drove out to PD just for fun. Fun times and great memories. If I recall, when WL and I got back home, we went up to Genting Highlands with her parents and enjoyed the cool breeze. What a way to start the new year.

Wonder what will happen this year. All I know is that I’ll be going down to PD later today. After that… well, I’ll just leave it up to fate and see where it brings me. Who knows, you might catch sight of me having lunch at Penang. Keep an eye out for me. If you see me, don’t be a stranger ;)

Have a wonderful New Year’s Eve celebration. Farewell 2005, hello 2006. Have a very merry and blessed New Year.

    Wingz: Roger that.

She’s Jess: I saw lots and lots and lots of fireworks :P Should head out to PD next time. Alternatively, if you’re in KL, you can go to Cheras. There’s a flyover around Pandan Jaya from which you can actually see the fireworks display in KLCC, Sungai Wang area, and Bukit Jalil. Shh… its a secret ;)
