The taiwanese noodle.... remember walking to that place to eat one morning and remember the soup having loads of oil.... There are loads of cafes and pubs there. Also, you could try Restoran Kota Laksamana at Taman Kota Laksamana (duh). It's like one big mamak restaurant. Nothing really compared to KL, but we simple folks are easily satisfied. Oh yeah, for dinner try out Newton Food Court at Ujong Pasir. It's like a 5 minute drive from Mahkota Parade. Malacca is indeed boring to a certain extent. I've been staying here for years and I can't think of a great place to hang out!
