					<description>Yeah, it does do quite a number of those. However, I've never generated enough traffic to feel it as badly as you do. Lol. I kinda like the guy, so I'll just support him for abit ;)</description>

					<description>blogsoftheday creates too many database update operations each time a page is accessed. it was a nightmare for my server which ran SQL replication to a remote SQL server for redundancy. imagine the size of the binary logs filled with all those update statements.</description>
