LiewCF.com Prohibited

I was browsing Blogtal.com’s ping listing yesterday when I tried to click through to an article at LiewCF’s site about slacking off and working smart. The result was quite unexpected.

My office proxy returned a ’site prohibited’ message. I thought that perhaps it was the keyword combination “slacking off work” that was causing the reject so I tried accessing the domain www.liewcf.com to see what happens. Same results.

While recently making it to PR6 on Google’s Page Rank system, it also seems that LiewCF.com’s gained enough notoriety to make it onto the list of office prohibited sites. I can’t really say whether this is good or bad publicity. Granted that the proxies are handled by the local IT team, but its quite something to be noticed by a Multi National Company (MNC), isn’t it?

Tell me which do you prefer? Noticed but banned or left in obscurity? Personally speaking, I prefer to be noticed ;)
