You don’t need to bring photos as VISA is not required for Malaysian. And if you are going during the rainy season, please be ready with raincoat and stuff, otherwise, you can’t get around.
G: Photos are not for VISA but rather for the entrance pass to the temple grounds. But those are also not compulsory as you can take a photo for the pass at the entrance.
