Miss Cheong: That is a very bad indeed. If a part-time staff misbehaved, I may have given them a second chance. But a manager. If I hadn't already been avoiding the place, I would definitely be doing so now and advising others to do the same. Boycott them and see what happens when their business drops.</description>

					<description>7 October 2006, Saturday. 
me &#38; my frens were having lunch near the smoking area of the restaurant. suddenly i heard an argument between manager and the customers who were sitting very near to us. A minute later, the manager threw a stack of a comment cards on that table and shouted loudly to the customers " Here are the cards, complain la!!!". i was so shocked with his a awful behaviour to the customer. As far as i know, the four girls who sat near to us did not do anything wrong to the staff, therefore i was so surprised and dissapointed with his behaviour. Before i left the restaurant, i found out that he is the manager there. i couldnt believe it as he behaved like a gangster. i know i am not gonna visit the restaurant anymore because the food is merely "average" and the behaviour of the manager is the biggest reason of me not going there anymore. A role model like him to the staff would definitely affect the reputation of the restaurant because there is no way for the customer to comment on the food, environment and services of the restaurant. without constructive feedback, the restaurant will never be successful.</description>
