Just bought me a new house. Well, not exactly bought yet but in the process of doing so. I shudder to think of the monthly payment. My bank account and wallet will be leaner, that’s for sure. Owning a home really takes a chunk out of your income. And that doesn’t yet cover the cost for furnishing the place.

I’ve been looking around for some ideas on furnishing my home and came across a furniture site that had a pretty decent selection of manufacturers and furniture collections to choose from. Since I’m getting married soon, it’s only obvious that the bedroom is of particular interest. In addition to that, I’m thinking of having a study room ala home office.

I can easily imagine my study room with American Modern furnishing. Alternatively, the old English style of home office furniture looks pretty cool too, albeit a little out of place.

Bedroom bedroom bedroom. Imagine your bedroom looking like this. A very clean and comfortable look. Makes it feel as though you’re always on holiday. Or perhaps a poster bed is more to taste ;)

The collection of furniture on this site is pretty extensive. Enough to appeal to most tastes. The prices looks decent for the type of wood furnitures they have. However, I’m not really knowledgable in this aspect. Too bad delivery is only within the US of A only. But I guess I can still ogle at the cool furnishing and day dream a little.

Any interior decorators out there want to volunteer to turn my house into a home? Would be great if someone pulled a “While You Were Out” home makeover on me.
