How do i get the free ticket to go anywhere in asia on airasia.com because i cant ifnd it. Or could you please just tell me what webisite i have to go on. this is for the air asia 4th anniversary, they are giving away one million free tickets for 2008.
please reply!
thnx :)

G: Hi Mima, the free tickets are offered over a period of time. During that period, you just need to run a search for the dates that you would like to fly. If free seats are available, they will show in the results.

let me know if they offer flights to UK.Are they really going to UK on long haul?

G: I'm quite sure they are. Would be bad for their image if it were otherwise since they've already announced it.

wanna ask...FAX booking will be sometime in feb if i'm not mistaken..mas fair will be end of jan ..and obviously before airasia FAX promo...which one provides better service..or in kata mudahnya..mana lagik berbaloi in terms of tiket price and keselesaan for 14 hours journey?

does AirAsia provides served inflight food or we have to buy like the one they have right now..sorong troli n jual to passenger?

G: FAX does not serve in-flight food or entertainment. You'll have to buy the food from the trolley like in current Air Asia flights. Entertainment can be rented. I don't know whether FAX provides blankets. Probably not. MAS provides everything.

FAX will transit via one of the Middle East countries (probably Emirates). MAS flies direct. As with all transit flights, chances of delays are high.

Which one is better depends on whether you're looking for creature comforts or trying to cut costs. FAX will definitely be cheaper. If you want entertainment, you can probably bring a book. And with the amount of money you save from the air ticket, I'm sure you can afford two packets of RM50 nasi lemak from the food cart. Should note that according to the new security rules, you won't be able to bring your own food on-board flights. Or if you can tahan 14 hours without food, then it's not a big deal :)

Personally, I would go for FAX if I don't have to keep to a tight schedule and had time to spare. However, if I was in a rush (e.g. following a tour or have limited time to spare), then I would go with MAS. I'm not too particular about comfort. But then again, since I've never really flown long haul before, my opinion might not be the best to consider.

please update me the cheapest airfare to London. anytime between now and until september, 2007

G: Might like to wait for Malaysia Airlines Travel Fair. That will start on 31st January 2007. Alternatively, Air Asia is flying there with their new long haul flight (FAX) starting July 2007. Depends on what you want and what you're willing to pay for.
