Once connected to 1 300 88 3000 ask to be transfered to international reservation, give the dates you want and your booking will be confirmed if there are seats available. They will quote you a confirmation reference number. You can pay by phone where they will call back to ask for master/visa details within 24 hours. Otherwise, go to MAS Ticketing office and pay within the 24 hours of the booking. That's how I got a ticket for my mum to Perth at RM2044 nett (tax, fuel surcharge included) in less than 10 minutes.
