Well, not exactly fishing but I’ll be out of the country from 27th January 2007 through to 31st January 2007. What does that imply? Several things actually.

First and foremost is that I won’t be doing any updates. That isn’t really that big a deal when you consider that I’m posting articles on an erratic schedule. Just know that if I don’t respond, it doesn’t mean I don’t love you.

The second consequence of my away time has more impact. I’ve been trying to get my hands on the MATF fare prices prior to its public release. Sources have been rather tight fisted with this information. Whether it is because they themselves don’t know or have been instructed to withhold the information is speculation on my part.

Unless I somehow manage to get the information within the next couple of days, you can stop hitting the refresh button, F5 key, and CTRL-R combination. Even if I receive the information over the weekend or the weekdays leading up to the fair, I won’t be able to pass it on to you guys in a timely manner. I foresee many disappointed readers. Just know that I had every intention to give you guys the edge in terms of planning your holidays.

As with other things in life, timing is everything. So wish me luck, keep your body parts crossed, and hope for the best. If I hear anything before the weekend, you’ll be the first to know. Otherwise, accept my apologies and I’ll catch you guys in February.
