While the form is not in the same format as the Preprinted form, is does contain all the information that was entered into the e-Filing system. The printing of the form is separate from the the acknowledgement that is produced once the assessment has been signed and submitted. Please ensure that you print the acknowledgement at the end as this contains the information necessary to prove that you have submitted your return. If you are not able to print it, then you might consider using something like PDF995 (from http://www.pdf995.com), which is a free utility that will allow you to save an electronic copy of the acknowledgement.
