By the way, is it possible for you to compile a list of problems/challenges faced by taxpayers? I'm a solution-driven guy and with a list i can think of innovative ways to overcome it. 

I think it makes alot of sense to post an entry of msian tax system's shortcomings and hope, on a wing and a prayer, that someone in MIRB will notice it. Thanks. :)

Any chance anyone knows how to submit a tax refund claim? I'm getting conflicting advise from people some say just write in a letter with supporting documents, and other say you have to get your employer to write a letter, so i'm quite confused
