UC-Pro was launched earlier today. The launch date was pulled in from the one initially planned on 29th September. Good news for all of us. The portal itself is a little slow at the moment. To the point that the stylesheet isn’t completely loaded.

I’m taking my time to explore the site. Haven’t completely browsed through everything just yet. From what I have read, the DotA server is currently open for testing (along with the CS and Starcraft Broodwar servers). You’ll need to download and install the UCprotect patch (37.1mb). Once that is done, you’re ready to get started.

Registration was simple enough. I’m successfully connected and playing. Haven’t actually played any games yet but so far, everything’s been smooth. What are you waiting for?
