Cabbage Soup Diet: Day 3 - Soup, Vegetables & Fruits


Day three was definitely better. Body got used to the lack of calories. That was until I decided to attend a Body Pump class at gym. After that, all hell broke lose. I managed to get pass the warm up, thigh and chest tracks before fatigue set in and I started seeing stars. The rest of the class was spent lying down and recovering. Maybe should have done this during day two when there was the baked potato.

Vegetables

Day Three: Mix Days One and Two
Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. No Baked Potato.

Day 3 menu for Cabbage Soup Diet:
Lunch:

  • 1 serving of stir fried Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 serving of stir fried Beansprouts
  • 1 slice Pineapple

Tea:

  • 1 Washington Granny Smith Green Apple

Dinner:

  • 1 bowl of cabbage soup
  • 1/4 seedless watermelon

Cost went back up again as we go back to fruits. Still taking leftover soup. There’s one more serving leftover.
