Cabbage Soup Diet: Day 4 - Soup, Skim Milk & Bananas
I’m just about sick of the soup. Going to have to find ways to change up the flavour. Day four is bananas and milk. First thought was, “Uh oh! I’m going to be visiting the toilet a lot today”. I’m not lactose intolerant or anything but milk does help the process along. I wasn’t that far wrong. Bowel movements ahoy!

Day Four: Bananas and Skim Milk
Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets.
Cabbage Soup Diet Day 3 menu:
Breakfast:
- 1 glass skim milk
- 2 bananas
Lunch:
- 2 glass skim milk
- 3 bananas
Dinner:
- 2 glass skim milk
- 3 bananas
- 1 bowl cabbage soup
Feeling bloated although I haven’t been eating much these last few days. Gas is building up today due to the milk and bananas. But the bananas have been good. Plenty of energy today. Although I did start feeling lethargic towards the end of the day. Attention span’s suffering as well. They did warn of side effects to the Cabbage Soup Diet (i.e. light header, etc).
